Orders & Shipping

  • Most non-perishable items ship within 2–5 business days. Fresh greens and live plants may require additional handling time.

  • Fresh‑cut greenery ships directly from our Florida grower via FedEx with tracking.

  • Severe heat or cold may delay shipping to protect perishable items.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, they are responsible for delivery. Contact your carrier first. We’re not able to control delays, mishandling, or issues that occur in transit. If something goes wrong, please contact us so we can review the situation and offer guidance or suggestions on the next steps.

Fresh Greens & Live Plants

  • Cancellations for fresh greens and live plants must be made within 24 hours. After that, items are already harvested or prepared and cannot be canceled.

  • Live plants and fresh greens are perishable and cannot be returned.

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review and assist. Fresh greens and live plants may require additional handling time.

  • Fresh‑cut greenery (excluding sedums) ships directly from our Florida grower via FedEx with tracking.

  • Severe heat or cold may delay shipping to protect perishable items.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Payment & Gift Cards

  • Major credit/debit cards and any additional payment methods enabled on the site are accepted. For Klarna payments contact us.
    Digital gift cards are available and can be used online.

Digital Products

  • Digital files are delivered instantly after checkout.

  • All digital sales are final and non‑refundable.

  • If you cannot access your download, we will resend your link.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Digital products are non‑refundable.

  • Live plants, fresh greens, and perishable items cannot be returned.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

Cancellation Policy

  • Fresh greens and live plant orders must be canceled within 24 hours after order placed.

  • Digital products cannot be canceled once delivered.

  • Non-perishable orders can not be cancelled, however we can help with some situations like alternate shipping dates or addresses or items.
