Live greenery and fresh florals are drop‑shipped directly from our Florida grower to ensure maximum freshness. These items ship via FedEx with tracking. Delivery times may vary based on weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, transit times are controlled by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.
