Reconstitute at a 1 to 1 ration, allow to set for about 5 minutes then use as a raw egg for all cooking purposes.

Egg Equivalency (Accurate by Weight)
• 1 whole egg = 0.5 oz freeze‑dried powder
• 4 oz bag = 8 eggs
• 6 oz bag = 12 eggs
• 16 oz (1 lb) bag = 32 eggs

How to Use
Mix 2 tablespoons powder + 2 tablespoons water = 1 whole egg
