Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment or class. Because materials are prepared in advance, same‑day cancellations and no‑shows are non‑refundable. 🌿 Transferring Your Spot If you can’t attend, you may give your class spot to another person. Please provide their name so we can update the attendee list. 🌿 Age Requirement For safety and project complexity, children must be 12 years or older to participate unless a class specifically states otherwise. 🌿 Additional Notes If an emergency comes up, reach out and we’ll review options within our policy guidelines.
